Treated to a regimen of lees stirring battonage over the course of eight months maturation, Lis Neris is characterised by an astonishing balance between complexity of fruit and mouth filling savouryness.

A spectacular rendering of the luscious Tocai Fruiliano, exquisitely complexed and divinely balanced by the inclusion of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, fashioned to the effusive Friuli styling. Exceptional Langtons Classification. Great wines are born in great vineyards. At Leeuwin the viticulturist and winemaker work hand in hand throughout the winemaking process. Variations and deficiencies in the individual blocks have not been completely corrected so that the wine reflects the soil. Block 20 forms the backbone of Art Series. The young wine begins with true varietal power of great delicacy which requires up to twelve months lees contact in new French oak to draw out the complexity, losing none of that essential balance in the process.

Exceptional Langtons Classification. Art Series is a finely balanced Chardonnay, the result of very low yielding vines matched by subtle vinification techniques to preserve the natural palate richness. A regimen of new French oak complements the fruit, providing a wonderful balance of warm toasty flavours. Art Series shows remarkable restraint and lovely youthful freshness, a well focused palate with lingering finish of citrus blossoms, the palate develops a great weight of fruit and fine length of flavour that persists in the mouth minutes after drinking.

Kooyong Estate was established with a view to craft the most articulate wines, minimal harvests from measured blocks which are defined by their eloquence. There's less than a half hectare of vines earmarked for Faultline, a place of propitious deep clay soils which yield Chardonnay of exquisite earthy characters, great depth and fuller, richer palate. Hand picked grapes are gently whole bunch pressed into French oak barriques for a spontaneous ambient yeast ferment, followed by a year's maturation on sedimentery yeast lees, bottled unfined and minimal filtration.

Port Phillip Estate is situated at Red Hill, very near the heart of beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Farrago is a single hectare, gently sloped block planted to mottled clay soils and ironstone pebbles, a highly auspicious terroir for Chardonnay, which invigorates the vines and infuses grapes with luxurious minerality and well defined linearity.
